1XXXHB =  12.25-12.75 GHz LO m= 11300 MHz
1XXXHC =  10.95-11.7 Ghz  - LO = 10000 MHz
Second digit is LO stability: 1 =+/-10kHz , 2=+/-25kHz, 5=+/- 5kHz
Third and fourth digit is noise 07 = 0.7dB , 08 = 0.8dB, 09=0.9dB
So, a Norsat 1208HA has a 10750MHz LO, +/-25kHz, 0.8dB noise.
